UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. You'll work on everything from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring our designs are both beautiful and functional.
You'll collaborate with our development team to bring your designs to life and create user experiences that delight and engage our customers. You'll be responsible for the entire design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX

Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus
