Product Manager
About the Role
- As a Product Manager at Neegles, you'll play a key role in defining the future of our platforms — from multi-tenant marketplaces to enterprise systems. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, impactful products that solve real-world problems.
- You'll own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration — ensuring each release drives measurable business and user outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals across teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to turn ideas into shipped features
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and usage metrics to inform decisions
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage product timelines and deliverables through agile sprint cycles
- Evaluate product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement
- Champion user experience, scalability, and business value in every product decision
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in product management or related roles
- Strong understanding of agile development and software delivery processes
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
