Growth & Partnerships Lead
About the Role
- We're looking for a dynamic Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive Neegles' business growth across our digital solutions and ventures. You'll develop and execute strategies to attract new users, forge impactful partnerships, and scale our brand presence across local and international markets.
- You'll collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align growth goals with product development, ensuring our solutions reach the right audiences and create tangible value for users and partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase platform reach, engagement, and revenue
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with brands, organizations, and creators that align with Neegles' vision
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing to create user acquisition campaigns and referral programs
- Track growth metrics, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to optimize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community partners
- Represent Neegles in events, collaborations, and partnership discussions
- Work with leadership to shape monetization strategies, pricing models, and new business opportunities
What You'll Bring
- Proven years of experience in growth, business development, or partnerships (preferably in tech or creative industries)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and community engagement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale new ideas
- Experience with African tech ecosystems or creative marketplaces is a plus
